The second running of Event 5 in conjunction with the Leisureplex Irish Open was well supported with 42 bowlers competing. This unique format provides Senior bowlers with the opportunity to compete in the European Bowling Tour Irish Open event and at the same time introduces an “Age Bonus” event with Ladies and Gents finals on the day, hence the “2 Events in 1”.
